A published factual claim must be traceable to evidence. A source item is not an article. An AI draft is not evidence.

Tier A sources (official announcements, regulators, filings) can support facts. Tier C discovery sources may trigger research but cannot independently verify important claims.

News, analysis, comparisons and columns require human approval at launch. Red-risk topics never auto-publish.
